Typical size of a Folder is 9x12, with 3" or 4" pockets on one of both sides inside. Business card slits on either or both pockets are at no extra cost.

If printed, proper specifications require amount of ink coverage, light, medium or heavy. Work with medium meaning 30% to 60% coverage, light is less and heavy is more. One great thing about ink printing is that clients have the ability to print on the flaps inside and it is still considered one sided printing. This is because they are printed flat and then converted into Folders.

Other decorating methods include foiling, embossing, foiling/embossing combination, blind embossing, register to ink embossing and/or special die cutting.

After decorating finishes include UV coating, lamination and spot lamination. They can have folded edges or just a tab for filing. In many cases, Folder products are used as the covers for packages of information, where perhaps three or four signature sheets of copy are stapled into the center of a Folder.
